  • Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
  • In case of no-show, 100% of the booking total will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • This rate is non-refundable and non-amendable.
  • In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the booking total will be charged.

Peak Period / High Season Policy (if applicable)

  • For bookings during peak periods, free cancellation is allowed up to 7–14 days prior to arrival.
  • Late cancellation or no-show will be subject to 100% charge of total stay.

Amendments

  • Date changes are subject to availability and rate adjustment.
  • Amendments within the penalty period may be treated as a cancellation.
